Interior Design with Feng Shui

About Carolyn, your Instructor

Carolyn Darley Miller has been studying the practice of gaining mastery over the flow of energy and then cultivating the ability to store and move it for many years. Feng Shui is the natural extension of this field of work for her. In the '80's a friend gave her a copy of Sarah Rossbach's Feng Shui: The Chinese Art of Placement and this introduction to the world of balancing a home according to the interaction of the energies of Yin and Yang and Five Element Theory led her to study extensively with Katherine Metz and the Art of Placement Affiliate Mentoring Program. In practicing Black Sect Tibetan Tantric Buddhist Feng Shui Carolyn honors the teachings of Professor Lin Yun and Katherine Metz.

Feng Shui is a study in balance - drawing from the shamanic principles of Tibetan Buddhism, the Taoist principles of Chinese philosophy and the Hindu principles of Indian thought to create a home and workplace in harmony with the environment and the character of the householders. Feng Shui literally translates as wind and water and the application of Feng Shui principles teaches us how best to take refuge from these elements and create surroundings that give us the most auspicious base from which to lead a graceful bountiful life. Carolyn Darley Miller works from her office in Aspen Colorado and can be reached at (970) 544-3936 and at bodsinbalance@aol.com
