Workshop participants will understand the unique role of the supervised
clinical experience in promoting supervisee development; learn the
developmental aspects of counseling supervision; understand supervisor/supervisee
roles and functions at the various stages of developmental supervision;
and gain knowledge of the role of cognitive complexity in advanced
counseling skills.
