Mr. John P. Ramo
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Ramo is Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Directions International, Inc. (DDI). Mr. Ramo began a pioneering career in interactive multimedia with the founding of Sonic Images Productions, Inc. in 1979. In 1994, he merged the highly profitable Sonic into Enteractive, Inc. and was listed on the NASDAQ in 1994. Enteractive developed, published, and marketed quality interactive multimedia educational products such as Jean Michel Cousteau's World Cities Under the Sea, Reel Women with Jodie Foster, and Interactive Guitar with Richie Sambora. Mr. Ramo has worked with companies and organizations ranging from The Smithsonian Institution, Philips Media, Apple Computer, The National Science Foundation, and Simon & Schuester among others.

Mr. Ramo also is the creator of the theme music for The McLaughlin Report , sits on the Advisory Board of Directors of Jazz Aspen/Snowmass, and holds the rank of Black Belt in the Japanese Martial Art of Aikido.




Mr. Michael Willis
Co-Founder and President


As Co-Founder and President of Digital Directions International, Inc. (DDI), Mr. Willis is responsible for the strategic development of DDI and its on-line learning portal, Private Lessons Channel. Mr. Willis brings a wealth of management and production experience in interactive multimedia and television to the Company.

He is the past President of Paragon Solutions, an on-line education and training company based in Chicago. Previously, Mr. Willis was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Digital Creators, a provider of on-line training based in Boulder, Colorado.

Mr. Willis also served as Group Vice President for Development and Production at Jones Digital Century and Knowledge TV. At Jones, he executively produced over 1,000 hours of national cable network programs, Charlton Heston's Voyage through the Bible (an award-winning two disc CD-ROM), and was in charge of development and production of all interactive programs, including those for the Internet, CD-ROM, and interactive TV.

Prior to serving at Jones, Mr. Willis was Vice President of Production for Philips Media in Los Angeles. At Philips, he executive produced over 250 leading edge interactive CD-I and CD Video programs for the international market.

Mr. Willis has been an Assistant Professor and Adjunct Professor and lecturer at several universities throughout the country, teaching courses in multimedia, technology, and entertainment.

 

Barbara Freeman
Executive Vice President, Managing Director of the HELP Channel

Barbara Freeman is the Chief Operating Officer of DDI, and is responsible for the strategic development of the HELP Channel. Ms. Freeman has 19 years of international experience in risk and technology consulting, research and analysis, and business development. Ms. Freeman has recently held positions as Managing Director of Tangißles Research and Analysis and Director at KPMG Consulting, where she co-established KPMG’s Risk Management and Public Sector practices in Asia.

Ms. Freeman has spent much of her career building and launching a wide-variety of businesses and products for Blue Chip clients and government agencies in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She started her career on Wall Street. She holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin and is certified in Cisco Systems’ e-business management techniques.

 

Mr. Paul Para
Chief Technoligy Oficer

Paul Para has over 25 years experience in the development of software systems. He has extensive expertise in Database Management, Multimedia systems, Internet and CDROM based training systems, Internet based distant learning multimedia courseware and administration systems, and Image processing systems. Two of his training CDROMS were awarded in the top 100 CDROMS of 1998 by PC Magazine. His training CD’s have also won several other awards. He has both developed software and training systems on his own and managed a team of programmers and writers to develop software and training systems. He is currently president of Paragon Consultants, Inc.

Mr. Para holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science from The Illinois Institute of Technology.
