P. Ramo
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Ramo is
Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Directions
International, Inc. (DDI). Mr. Ramo began a pioneering career in
interactive multimedia with the founding of Sonic Images Productions,
Inc. in 1979. In 1994, he merged the highly profitable Sonic into
Enteractive, Inc. and was listed on the NASDAQ in 1994. Enteractive
developed, published, and marketed quality interactive multimedia
educational products such as Jean Michel Cousteau's World Cities
Under the Sea, Reel Women with Jodie Foster, and Interactive Guitar
with Richie Sambora. Mr. Ramo has worked with companies and organizations
ranging from The Smithsonian Institution, Philips Media, Apple Computer,
The National Science Foundation, and Simon & Schuester among
others.
Mr. Ramo also
is the creator of the theme music for The McLaughlin Report , sits
on the Advisory Board of Directors of Jazz Aspen/Snowmass, and holds
the rank of Black Belt in the Japanese Martial Art of Aikido.
Mr. Martin T. Hart
Board Member
Mr. Hart is a Denver-based businessman and investor who was instrumental
in the development of the Pizza Hut franchise chain and its merger
with PepsiCo. He has been an investor and corporate leader in the
areas of leisure resorts, restaurant chains, real estate development,
high technology, and finance.
He currently serves on the boards of MassMutual Corporate Investors,
Vail Banks, Inc., MassMutual Participation Investors, Pacific National
Bank Financial Group, P.J. America (Pizza carryout restaurants),
Schuler Homes, Inc., Stephany's Chocolates, Inc., and Digital Directions
International, Inc.
Mr. Hart is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Regis University
in Denver, Colorado.
Mr. James N. Morgese
Board Member
Mr. Morgese is President and General Manager of Rocky Mountain PBS,
Colorado's statewide public television service. The 4-station network
includes KRMA-TV (Denver), KTSC-TV (Pueblo/Colorado Springs), and
KRMJ-TV (Grand Junction), with KRMA-DT (digital) currently broadcasting
Rocky Mountain PBS-produced digital programming.
He is currently leading public television's transition to digital
TV through his efforts at Rocky Mountain PBS. Mr. Morgese also created
RMPB Online, an Internet service provider, and has increased the
level of local production and educational services to Colorado.
Mr. Morgese currently sits on the Board of Digital Directions International,
Inc., America's Public Television Stations, and Prime Time Today,
a local media literacy group.
Mr. Michael Willis
Board Member
Mr. Willis is a Co-Founder and President of Digital Directions International,
Inc. (DDI). He is the past President of Paragon Solutions, an on-line
education and training company based in Chicago. Previously, Mr.
Willis was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Digital
Creators, a provider of on-line training based in Boulder, Colorado.
Mr. Willis also served as Group Vice President for Development and
Production at Jones Digital Century and Knowledge TV; and as Vice
President of Production for Philips Media in Los Angeles.
He has been an Adjunct Professor and lecturer at several universities
throughout the country, teaching courses in multimedia, technology,
and entertainment.

Advisory Board Member
Dr. Luskin is President and Co-CEO of Global Learning Systems, an
education, training and media communications company. He is also
a visiting professor at Claremont Graduate University, and a professor
of clinical psychology at the Fielding Institute.
He was the founding president and CEO of Polygram's American Interactive
Media, Philips Interactive Media, and Philips Media Education and
Reference Publishing. He is also the former CEO of Jones Interactive
Media, Inc.
Dr. Luskin has served on the Board of Directors of the American
Association of Community Colleges, Polygram Pictures, the California
School of Professional Psychology, the Center for the Partially
Sighted, the Transportation Foundation of Los Angeles, KLCS TV,
and Digital Directions International, Inc.
Gunther M.
Weil Ph.D

Gunther M. Weil
Ph.D., is an organizational consultant, educator and psychologist.
For the past 30 years he has provided coaching and support to executives
and their companies in the areas of leadership, team building, strategic
planning, conflict resolution and wellness. He has served numerous
institutions and corporations in the United States and Western and
Eastern Europe, in both the public and private sectors.
Weil served
as a Fullbright Scholar in Europe and received his doctorate from
Harvard University in 1965. His early professional mentors included
Carl Rogers, the creator of Client Centered Psychotherapy and Abraham
Maslow, the father of Humanistic Psychology. He was invited by Maslow
to teach at Brandeis University and he also received faculty and
administrative appointments at Boston College and the University
of Massachusetts. In the business sector, he served for 8 years
as president of Intermedia Recording Corporation and senior corporate
vice president of Intermedia Systems corporation, a publicly held
media production and consulting firm. His credits include the 1978
hit recording, Jet Airliner, by his music publishing company, No
Thought Music, which received both gold and platinum status for
sales exceeding two million, as well as an executive producer of
the 2001 release of the critically acclaimed album, New Train.
Weil has also
conducted seminars in leadership, creativity and Personal Energy
Mastery for clients throughout the world. He is a 25 year student
and teacher of Tai Chi Chuan, an internationally recognized master
teacher of Qigong, and founding Chairman of the National Qigong
Association (NQA).
His work in
integrating these ancient oriental principles and methods of internal
energy and spiritual practice with leadership-development disciplines
has received wide attention in professional business and management
publications in Europe. Dr. Weil is a licensed HeartMath® Trainer,
certified in the Inner Quality Management® Program, a Master
Trainer of Neurolinguistic Programing (NLP), and authorized facilitator
and teacher of Eckhart Tolle's work of Practicing Presence.
Weil's numerous
international clients have included groups and executives from Young
Presidents' Organization, HCA/HealthOne Alliance, The Chase Manhattan
Bank, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, McCann-Erikson, AT&T, AmeriChoice,
ARC International, Connexn, Inc., Compaq Computer, Team Training
