How It Works
DDI works with your in-house experts to develop the content behind the animated process flow for a particular job. The only pre-requisite skill for your employee is that he or she can point and click a mouse. Using a simple animated flow chart, new employees or employees new to a job, start at the first box and simply click the mouse. They then move to the next steps in the process in order. Expert information is called-up from a process database that:

• shows them what to do and how to do it, step-by-step, while they are actually doing their job
• provides a complete script if they need to interact with customers or other employees
• provides input forms that link to your databases
• provides instructions on gathering data for the forms
