This is an example of the Process Flow tool for selling and processing home insurance by phone. Start by moving your cursor over the box labeled #1. This will expand the box and provide the name or action of the process step. To view details just click the left mouse button. This will pull up a page of information specific to that step in the flow. Click your browser's back button to return to this page.

Please note that Box #1 is the only step that has database functionality in this demo. You can roll your cursor over the other boxes to see their names or actions. Step #2, for example, would pull up your company's standard input form that would be filled in if you were to click inside the box.

Step #3 is an example of a cross-selling or up-selling opportunity. By clicking inside it, a script would be provided on-screen. You would follow the NO path (Box #4) or the YES path (Box #5) as determined by customer feedback.
