This is
a powerful on-line course designed to help you improve your
memory skills for improved success. Based on the latest in
scientific knowledge, this course will teach you how to prepare
and train yourself to remember important facts in everyday
life.
This course
is presented in ten lessons to help you learn and practice
techniques to improve your memory for facts. Each lesson contains
a presentation section on memory improvement techniques as
well as examples and discussion of each of the techniques.
This presentation is followed by a quiz to help you review
the material you learned. Each lesson concludes with a final
practice exercise providing you with the opportunity to apply
what you have learned. We strongly urge you to complete the
lessons in order, starting with Lesson 1. Returning to previously
completed lessons may be done at any time.
A glossary
has been included to define terms that may be new to you.
You may click the 'Glossary' button at any time on the computer
to review various terms so you will better understand the
overviews and narratives of this course. Upon completion,
you may request a certificate of completion from the Practical
Memory Institute.
